The succulent stencil has 2 stencils in the package. I think that's the one that you're referring to.

Yes, they are. DecoArt also just came out with Traditions Tube Acrylics which are also amazing. I'd use either of these! Traditions are more opaque than the Premium Tube Acrylics. Just depends on the look you want. Have fun!
