Lovely Lock Jewelry DIY

Locks are popping up as accessories in every collection from Chanel to Tiffany's! However, what we're seeing in the fashion magazines is pretty outrageous!  You can still get in on this look in a very cool way with tiny brass locks from your local dollar store. For just a few bucks you'll be able to rock your locks and be right in style for the fall!  
Some of these are little over the top, but I like the idea.

You'll Need
Chain
Jump rings
Lobster Claw
Pliers
Toothpicks
 Cut 4 pieces of chain to fit around your neck
Attach them to the lock and add jump rings and a closure at the back to create your choker
Add jump rings and earring wires to the keys to create earrings
Add jump rings and wires to create earrings with the tiny locks
Using a small bit of E-6000, glue on your small metal charms and let dry
Add rhinestone trim to the edges of the locks for some extra sparkle
